Policy
Mendes Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Please do not return any items before contacting us.
Partial Refunds (if applicable) Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Fragrances with clear signs of use
Opened products
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items shipped back more than 30 days after delivery, even with tracking proof
Refunds (if approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
(Note: PayPal refunds may take longer; you’ll be notified if delayed.)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank or PayPal account again.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before posting.
Contact your bank—processing time may vary.

Sale Items
Sale items are refundable only at the purchased price as shown on your email invoice.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Refunds only.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the sender had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
If the item’s value exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
